Artículo 61. Medidas de Seguridad

Las medidas de seguridad para las fábricas y talleres de armería, serán contempladas en los manuales de seguridad que expida el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo 1º. La Policía Nacional, inspeccionará periódicamente las fábricas y talleres de armería.

En caso necesario el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares ordenará practicar inspecciones.

Parágrafo 2º. Las autoridades municipales y las del Distrito Capital, determinarán las áreas para la ubicación de las fábricas y expendios de artículos pirotécnicos.

Article 61. Security Measures

Security measures for manufacturers and workshops [armouries] shall be regulated in the security manuals issued by the General Command of the Military Forces.

Paragraph 1: The Police shall regularly inspect the manufacturers and workshops [armouries].

If necessary, the General Command of the Military Forces shall order an inspection.

Paragraph 2: Municipal authorities, and authorities of the Capital District shall determine areas for the location of manufacturers and for the sale of pyrotechnic products.
