Artículo 60. Reparación de Armas

Las personas naturales y jurídicas titulares de permisos, que requieran reparar armas, deberán hacerlo en los talleres autorizados por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, para lo cual, junto con el arma, se dejará el correspondiente permiso o su fotocopia autenticada.

Parágrafo. La reparación de armas sin el permiso vigente, dará lugar a la cancelación de la licencia de funcionamiento del taller y el decomiso del arma, sin perjuicio de la sanción penal correspondiente.

Article 60. Repair of Firearms

Individuals and legal persons owning permits and wishing to repair their firearms must do so in workshops authorised by the General Command of the Military Forces, for which, together with the firearm, they shall leave the corresponding permit or its authenticated photocopy.

Paragraph. Repair of a firearm without a valid permit may lead to the revocation of the workshop's licence and the confiscation of the firearm, without prejudice to the relevant penalty.
