Artículo 28. Autorizaciones para Inmuebles Rurales

A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, para los inmuebles rurales, la autoridad militar respectiva podrá conceder permiso para tenencia hasta para cinco (5) armas de defensa personal.

Parágrafo. Cuando por especiales circunstancias se requiera un número superior de permisos, el propietario del inmueble deberá constituir un Departamento de Seguridad en los términos establecidos en la ley.

Article 28. Authorisations for Rural Properties

Starting from the entry into force of the present Decree, for rural properties, the relevant military authority may grant ownership permits for up to five (5) firearms for personal defence.

Paragraph. When, under special circumstances, the property's owner requires a greater number of permits, he must instruct a Department of Security under the terms established by the law.
