Artículo 130. Adquisición de Armas de Fuego

Únicamente se podrá adquirir armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos, artículos similares o accesorios, que provinieren de fabricantes, importadores o comerciantes debidamente autorizados para tales actividades por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, salvo los casos contemplados en los Arts. 22 y 36 de la Ley.

Article 130. Purchase of Firearms

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, related products and accessories may only be purchased from manufacturers, importers or dealers authorised for such activities by the Ministry of National Defence, with the exception of cases referred to in Articles 22 and 36 of the Act.
