Artículo 62. Control y Custodia de Depósitos

La unidad militar designada para el almacenamiento de armas de fuego, municiones o
explosivos deberá incluir dentro de sus planes de seguridad, los aspectos relacionados con el control y custodia rigurosa de tales depósitos, siendo responsable su Comandante y el encargado del Almacén, de cualquier descuido o negligencia, incluidos los retrasos injustificados en los retiros o depósitos y el servicio deficiente o desatento al usuario.

Article 62. Control and Custody of Depots

The military unit appointed to store firearms, ammunition or explosives shall include amongst its security measures those aspects related to the control and custody of depots; the Commander and the officer appointed to the warehouse are responsible for any neglect or carelessness, including unjustified delays in withdrawal or deposit and deficient or inattentive service to the customer.
