Artículo 70. Obligaciones para Actividades Mercantiles

Las personas autorizadas para el ejercicio de las actividades mercantiles reguladas por esta Ley, tendrán la obligación de remitir al Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, cada seis meses por cualquier medio de reproducción o informática dos copias actualizadas, que reflejen los movimientos en sus respectivos libros de control, una de las cuales será enviada a la División de Armas y Explosivos de la Policía Nacional Civil, dentro de los quince días subsiguientes a su recibo.

Act No. 655 of 1999 on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Related Materials

Article 70. Obligations for Trade Activities

Persons authorised to carry out commercial activities regulated by this Act, must submit to the Ministry of Defence, every six months and by any means of reproduction or computerized record, two up-to-date copies reflecting movements in their relevant control registers; one of which will be sent to the Arms and Explosives Divisions of the Civil National Police, within fifteen days following its reception.
