Article 21. Limit on the Quantity of Firearms and Ammunition

The regulation of this Act shall set the limit of the quantities of firearms and ammunition to be purchased. No individual or legal person shall be able to buy more than one firearm every two years, except:

a) Individuals classified as high risk by the competent authorities…
