Artículo 6. Definición de Armas de Guerra

Para los efectos de la presente Ley se entenderá por armas de guerra, las pistolas, fusiles y carabinas que poseen cadencia de fuego para disparo automático; así como las clasificadas como de apoyo liviano, pesado, explosivos, minas y granadas de uso militar, como también las armas especiales y granadas de uso policial, las que serán reguladas por el Reglamento respectivo.

Article 6. Definition of Weapons of War

Under this Act, weapons of war means pistols, rifles and carbines with a rate of fire for automatic mode; as well as those listed as light weapons, heavy weapons, explosives, mines and grenades for military use, and also special weapons and grenades for police use, which will be controlled by the respective Regulation
