Artículo 57 - Recarga de municiones

Queda prohibida la recarga de municiones con fines de comercialización no autorizada por la Dirección de Material Bélico (DIMABEL). Se autoriza la recarga de municiones con fines deportivos y de entrenamiento para tiradores deportivos, cazadores y empresas de seguridad privada, previa inscripción en el Departamento del Registro Nacional de Armas de Fuego, sus Piezas y Componentes, Explosivos, Accesorios y Afines, de conformidad a la reglamentación dictada por la autoridad competente.

Article 57 - Reloading Ammunition

Reloading ammunition for the purpose of sale is not authorised by the Directorate of War Materials (DIMABEL). Reloading ammunition is authorised for sports shooting and training purposes for sports, hunting, and private security companies, upon registration with the department of the National Firearms Register the parts, components, explosives, accessories and similar items, in accordance with the regulations established by the competent authority.
