Artículo 50 - Tránsito Internacional

El tránsito internacional de materiales a través del territorio nacional con destino a otros países (en cualquiera de sus formas, fluvial, terrestre o aéreo), requerirá de la autorización previa de la autoridad competente, la que será otorgada, de acuerdo con los Convenios Internacionales existentes sobre la materia, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de otras disciplinas que rijan al respecto.

La autoridad competente reglamentará el presente artículo.

Article 50 - International Transit

International transit through the country's territory of materials that are destined for other countries, whether by air, land or sea, requires prior authorisation from the competent authority. All will be done in accordance with existing International Conventions and other rules governing the matter.

The competent authority shall regulate the present article.
