Artículo 19 - Tenencia de armas de fuego y municiones

Se entiende por tenencia de armas de fuego: su posesión, junto con sus municiones, dentro del inmueble registrado en el correspondiente permiso. La tenencia sólo autoriza el uso de las armas de fuego dentro del inmueble, tanto al titular del permiso como a sus moradores permanentes o transitorios.

El uso de un arma de fuego por moradores permanentes o transitorios, se justifica cuando no pueda ejercerla el titular del permiso por ausencia, impedimento físico o necesidad justificante y grave que amenace la seguridad de las personas o de los bienes protegidos.

Article 19 - Possession of Firearms and Ammunition

Firearm possession means: to possess firearms and their ammunition within the registered premises with the correct permit. Both the permit holder and the permanent or temporary residents are authorised to use these firearms within the premises.

The use of a firearm by permanent or temporary residents is permitted when the permit holder is unable to use the firearm due to his absence, disability, or when there is a justified and necessary situation that threatens the safety of persons or protected goods.
