Artículo 3. Permisos para Armerías

Las armerías que realizan comercio de importación deberán proveerse de un permiso que otorgará para cada caso la Secretaría de Estado de Interior y Policía, conforme el artículo 17 de la ley 36 y aquellas que invoquen representación exclusiva deberán de presentar el registro que al efecto expide el Banco central.

Resolution 01-07, on Gun Shops and Importing Arms and Ammunition

Article 3. Gun Shop Permits

Gun shops carrying out an import trade must obtain a permit granted in each case by the Ministry of the Interior and Police, in accordance with article 17 of Act 36, and those claiming exclusive representation must provide the record required for that purpose by the Central Bank.
