Manufacture and Import of Firearms

[T]he Dominican Republic does not manufacture firearms, pieces, parts nor ammunition, and in the same [administrative] order, according to Decree 309-06 of July 24, 2006, it is prohibited to import firearms, their parts and their respective ammunition for trade with individuals.
