Artículo 6. Prohibiciones en Lugares Públicos

La prohibición a ser exhibida el arma de fuego o llevarla consigo a sitios de diversión o reuniones públicas, excepto que sus funciones lo exijan, da lugar a la cancelación de la licencia y a la incautación del arma, en virtud a lo que dispone el artículo 61 de la Ley 36.

Article 6. Prohibitions in Public Places

The prohibition on exhibiting or carrying a firearm at recreational sites or public meetings, unless required by [the bearer's] duties, leads to the cancellation of the licence and the seizure of the firearm, as provided by Article 61 of the Act 36.
