Las personas jurídicas que prestan servicios de armería, no pueden recibir en estas las armas de fuego, sin que el poseedor muestre la licencia o permiso que las ampara y se compruebe que los datos de las armas coinciden con las registradas en dicho documento.

Article 69. Prohibitions for Gun Shops

Legal persons working in gun shops cannot accept within their premises firearms without their bearers being able to show a licence or permit that allows them to be carried and possessed, and that the information belonging to the weapons is in line with those listed in the document(s).
