Artículo 44. Armerías

Las armerías autorizadas por el Ministerio del Interior, son establecimientos que prestan los servicios de recarga de cartuchos, depósito, mantenimiento especializado, reparación, desactivación, recubrimiento superficial con pavón o niquelado, u otro trabajo mecánico, sobre las armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso y las destinadas para la Seguridad y Protección de Bienes y Personas.

Se puede realizar la recarga de cartuchos, en los polígonos y campos de tiro autorizados por el Ministerio del Interior, para las actividades relacionadas con las armas de fuego pertenecientes a estos establecimientos.

Article 44. Gun Shops

Gun shops that are authorised by the Ministry of the Interior are establishments that offer services such as the reloading of cartridges, deposits, special maintenance, repairing, de-activation, bronzing or nickel artificial coverings, or other mechanical work on firearms subject to licence or permit and destined for the security and protection of goods and persons.

Reloading cartridges can only be carried out on firearms at shooting ranges that have been authorised by the Ministry of the Interior.
