Artículo 38. Ministerio del Interior

EI Ministerio del Interior es el Organismo de la Administración Central del Estado facultado para regular y ejercer el control del tipo, marca y calibre de las armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso, sobre las que se puede ejercer el comercio y transmisión por cualquier título, entre personas naturales o jurídicas en el territorio nacional, en correspondencia con las regulaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto-Ley.

Article 38. Ministry of the Interior

The Ministry of the Interior is the central state administration's agency responsible for the regulation and control of the type, mark and calibre of firearms subject to licence or permit that can be transferred between natural or legal persons inside the country, in accordance with the regulations established in the present Decree-Law.
