Artículo 15. Exportación Definitiva o Temporal

La exportación puede tener carácter definitivo o temporal.
1. Es de carácter definitivo cuando las armas sus accesorios y municiones a que se refiere el acto exportador, no pueden retornar o devolverse al territorio nacional.
2. Es de carácter temporal, cuando las armas sus accesorios y municiones a que se refiere el acto exportador, son extraídas por un período determinado del territorio nacional.

Article 15. Permanent or Temporary Export

Exports can be permanent or temporary.
1. They are permanent when the arms, their accessories and ammunition to which the exporting act refers cannot be returned or given back to the national territory.
2. They are temporary when the arms, their accessories and ammunition to which the exporting act refers are taken outside the national territory for a limited amount of time.
