Artículo 19. Número de Armas de Fuego Permitidas por Usuario

El número de armas permitido para defensa personal es de hasta un máximo de dos (2) armas por cada persona. Excepcionalmente se podrá conceder hasta tres (3) armas si la circunstancia lo amerita.

El número de armas de fuego destinadas para caza, deporte, seguridad y vigilancia, y colección no están sujetas a límite alguno.

La SUCAMEC verifica la tenencia y situación del arma de fuego y las municiones, cuando lo estime pertinente.

Article 19. Number of Firearms Permitted per Person

The number of firearms permitted for personal defence is maximum two (2) firearms per person. Under exceptional circumstances, up to three (3) firearms may be granted, if the case justifies it.

Firearms for hunting, sports, security, surveillance, and collection are not subject to any limitation.

SUCAMEC shall verify the possession and conditions of the firearm and ammunition, when deemed appropriate.
