Artículo 27. Autorización para Fabricación, Comercio, Distribución, Transferencias, Custodia y Almacenamiento

Para la fabricación, la comercialización, la distribución, la custodia, el almacenamiento y la transferencia de armas de fuego, municiones y materiales relacionados, se requiere contar con la autorización otorgada por la SUCAMEC, en los términos que establezca el reglamento.

Está permitido a los agentes comercializadores la compra-venta de armas de segundo uso. Los requisitos y condiciones para llevar a cabo dicha actividad son regulados en el reglamento.

Los operadores cinegéticos para comercializar y/o distribuir, trasladar, usar armas de caza, así como sus respectivas municiones son autorizados por la SUCAMEC.

Article 27. Authorisation for the Manufacture, Trade, Distribution, Transfer, Custody and Storage

The manufacture, trade, distribution, custody, storage and transfer of firearms, ammunition and related materials are subject to authorisation issued by SUCAMEC, in accordance with provisions set by the regulation.

Trade agents [dealers] are allowed to purchase and sell second-hand firearms. Requirements and conditions to carry out this activity are set in the regulation.

Hunting facilities for the trade and/or distribution, transfer and use of hunting firearms, as well as their respective ammunition, are authorised by the SUCAMEC.
