Artículo 31. Almacenamiento de las Armas de Fuego

31.1 La SUCAMEC autoriza el ingreso al país de las armas de fuego y dispone, en el mismo acto, el lugar de su almacenamiento, en cualquiera de sus almacenes ubicados a nivel nacional.

31.2 El pago por derecho de almacenamiento de las armas de fuego en los almacenes a cargo de la SUCAMEC es regulado en el reglamento de la presente Ley, así como los supuestos en que las armas y municiones en almacén sean declarados en abandono, correspondiendo a la SUCAMEC decidir sobre su destino final…
