Section 9

Whenever any arm or ammunition ill respect whereof a licence is in force is lost or destroyed, the person named in the licence and any other person who may have been in possession of such arm or ammunition immediately, before the loss or destruction thereof shall, within 14 days after becoming aware of such loss or destruction, make a report thereof to the police station nearest to the place where such persons normally reside.
