Artículo 103. Decomiso

Las armas, municiones, explosivos y accesorios que fueren fabricadas, importadas, exportadas, comercializadas, transportadas, adquiridas o almacenadas con inobservancia de las disposiciones de la Ley y el presente Reglamento, serán decomisadas y remitidas a la Dirección de Logística del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, sin perjuicio de las acciones legales que correspondan

Regulations to the Act on Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Accessories, Executive Decree No. 169. RO/32

Article 103. Seizure

Firearms, ammunition, explosives and accessories manufactured, imported, exported, traded, transported, acquired or stored without complying with norms referred to in the Act and the present Regulation shall be seized and remitted to the Logistics Direction of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, notwithstanding the legal actions that will correspond to the infringement.
