Artículo 52. Traspasos de Armas de Uso Particular

Los traspasos de armas de uso particular, podrán realizarse siempre que exista la autorización de las autoridades facultadas para conceder permisos para portarlas; para el efecto, el vendedor o el donante junto con la correspondiente solicitud, presentará el documento de traspaso, su permiso de portar armas y la documentación prevista en el Art. 83 respecto del nuevo propietario.

Article 52. Transfers of Firearms for Personal Use

Transfers of firearms for personal use are permitted subject to the authorisation of authorities in charge of granting licences to carry firearms; the seller or the receiver shall present the document of transfer, as well as the relevant request, their licence to carry firearms and the documents requested under Article 83 with respect to the new owner.
