Las personas naturales y jurídicas para poder importar sin intermediarios: armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y accesorios de uso civil con fines no comerciales, deberán sujetarse a las pertinentes regulaciones del presente Reglamento.

Article 28. Imports Without Intermediaries

Natural or legal persons wishing to import, without the need for intermediaries, firearms, ammunition, explosives or accessories for civil use with non-commercial purposes must comply with the relevant norms of the present Regulation.
