Artículo 10. Fábricas de Armas

Unicamente con la autorización del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y previo estudio e informe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, se podrá instalar fábricas de armas o de transformación de ellas, de municiones, de recarga y de explosivos, debiendo los interesados sujetarse a las normas y más regulaciones que sobre la materia establezca el Reglamento pertinente.

Article 10. Firearm Factories

Factories for the manufacture and transformation of firearms, ammunition, reloading and explosives may only be installed subject to authorisation by the Ministry of National Defence and subject to the prior study and report of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces; interested parties must comply with norms and other regulations set on the subject by the relevant Regulation.
