Artículo 5. Armas Sometidas a Control del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional

Quedan sometidos a este control:

a) Las armas de fuego de todo calibre;
b) Las municiones de todo tipo;
c) Los explosivos y las materias primas para su fabricación;
d) Las substancias químicas inflamables, asfixiantes, tóxicas o corrosivas; y,
e) Las instalaciones destinadas a la fabricación, almacenamiento y comercialización de estos elementos.

El Reglamento de esta Ley establecerá las normas de control a que se refiere esta disposición.

Act on the Manufacture, Import, Export, Trade and Possession of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Accessories

Article 5. Weapons Under Control of the Ministry of National Defence

The following are subject to such control:

a) Firearms of any calibre;
b) Ammunitions of all types;
c) Explosives and raw materials for their manufacture;
d) Inflammables, suffocating, toxic or corrosive chemical substances; and,
e) Facilities for the manufacture, storage and trade of these elements.

This Act's Regulation shall establish control regulations to which this disposition refers.
