Artículo 332-B. Fabricación y Tráfico de Armas de Fuego y Municiones Comerciales, de Defensa Personal o Deportivas y Explosivos Comerciales.

Quien sin permiso de la autoridad competente fabrique, almacene, transporte, posea, use, ingrese o saque del país, suministre o venda armas de fuego y municiones para uso personal o deportivas y explosivos comerciales, incurrirá en una pena de tres (3) a seis (6) años de reclusión sin perjuicio del comiso de dicha armas, municiones y explosivos y otros materiales relacionados con ellas.

Se entenderá por armas de uso personal, defensa o deportivas, municiones, explosivos y similares, las descritas en la ley especial. (177)

Article 332-B. Manufacture and Trafficking of Firearms and Ammunition for Trade, Personal Defence, or Sports and Explosives for Trade

Whoever, without permission from the competent authority, manufactures, stores, transports, possess, uses, enters or removes from the country, supplies or sells firearms and ammunition for personal or sporting use, and commercial explosives, will incur a penalty of three (3) to six (6) years of imprisonment. Weapons, ammunition, explosives and other materials related to them will be confiscated without prejudice.

Firearms for personal use, defence or sporting activities, ammunition, explosives and similar materials, referred to in this article, are described in the special law. (177)
