Transcurrido el período de doce (12) meses establecido por la Ley, todo traspaso de dominio de una arma de fuego entre particulares, deberá de constar en documento privado autenticado, el cual deberá de inscribirse en un plazo no mayor de tres (3) días en el registro Nacional de Armas.
