Unofficial translation of a firearm-related Order which seems to regulate hand-loading of ammunition, rubber-bullet handguns, 'air and cold weapons' and pneumatic firing devices.

This Order makes frequent mention of regulations which pertain to, but seemingly do not ban, 'revolvers and pistols.' In one example it mentions civilian possession of 'sporting revolvers and pistols.'
