Act on the Disarmament and Control of Arms and Ammunition

Article 124. Illegal Traffic of Firearms

Whoever imports, exports, acquires, sells, hands over, moves, transfers, supplies or hides firearms and ammunition without the authorisation of the body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces in charge of arms control, will be punished with a prison sentence of twenty to twenty-five years.
