Artículo 27. Requisitos comunes para el otorgamiento de permisos a personas jurídicas

El permiso de tenencia de arma de fuego podrá ser otorgado a las personas jurídicas por el órgano de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana con competencia en materia de control de armas, previo cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos:

1. Acta constitutiva y estatutos sociales, debidamente inscritos ante el registro correspondiente.
2. Acta de la última asamblea de miembros, socios o accionistas celebrada.
3. Acta de la asamblea de miembros, socios o accionistas celebrada, en la cual conste la designación de la junta directiva vigente.
4. Presentar certificación de datos de registro mercantil o civil, según el caso, emitido por el órgano con competencia en materia de registro público, en las condiciones que a tal efecto establezca mediante Resolución dicho órgano.
5. Documento que acredite la propiedad del arma o de las armas de fuego.
6. Prueba balística del arma o de las armas de fuego adquiridas, realizada por la autoridad competente.
7. Solvencia laboral actualizada o en trámite.
8. Inscripción y solvencia actualizada del seguro social obligatorio.
9. Inscripción y solvencia actualizada del Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Educación Socialista (INCES).
10. Última declaración del impuesto sobre la renta.
11. Registro de información fiscal emitido por el Servicio Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT).
12. Listado del personal activo capacitado para la manipulación y uso de las armas de fuego.
13. Certificación del curso para la manipulación y uso de las armas de fuego del personal activo, emitida por el órgano competente.
14. Constancia de aprobación del examen médico-psicológico del personal activo, emitida por la institución autorizada para tal fin.
15. Obtener seguro de responsabilidad civil ante terceros, por el porte y uso de armas de fuego, en las condiciones establecidas por el órgano con competencia en materia de actividad aseguradora.
16. Cualquier otro que se establezca en el reglamento respectivo o por la autoridad competente.

Article 27. Common Requirements for the Issuance of Permits to Legal Persons

A permit to own firearms may be issued to legal persons by the body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces in charge of arms control, subject to the fulfilment of the following requirements:

1. Constitutive Act and social statutes, duly listed in their corresponding registers.
2. Acts of the last assembly of members, partners or shareholders.
3. Acts of the last assembly of members, partners or shareholders, outlining the design of the current management team.
4. Certificate testifying to membership of a Civil or Business Registry, depending on the case, issued by the competent Registrar, under the conditions established by the latter.
5. A document testifying to the ownership of the firearm(s).
6. A ballistic test of the firearm(s), carried out by the competent authority.
7. Proof of working status, updated or in process.
8. Obligatory social insurance, and certificate demonstrating its current validity.
9. Certificate demonstrating current membership of the National Institute of Socialist Training and Education (INCES)
10. Last declaration of income-taxes.
11. Register of fiscal information issued by the integrated service of Tributary and Customs Administration (SENIAT).
12. List of active staff trained for the handling and use of firearms.
13. Certification for training on the handling and use of firearms.
14. Proof of approval of the medical-psychological test of active staff, issued by the competent body.
15. Obtain civil responsibility insurance before third parties, for the carrying and usage of firearms, under the conditions established by the competent body on insurance activities.
16. Any other requirement established under its corresponding regulation or the competent authority.
