Article 1329

(2) Any person who violates any other provisions of this Chapter or any regulations issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a felony, and shall upon conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding five (5) years, or both, and shall be subject to confiscation of any firearm, dangerous device, or ammunition, without compensation involved in a violation of this Chapter. The holder of any dealer's license, or the manager or supervisor of employees of any establishment so licensed, or both, shall be liable for any violation of this Chapter by his employee or agent committed in the course of the dealers business, to the same extent as such employee or agent.
