Articulo 146. Control y Supervisión de la Fabricación, Importación, Exportación y Comercialización de las Municiones

El órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas supervisará constantemente los procesos de fabricación de municiones, certificando e! nivel de calidad de las municiones a través del Departamento Técnico. No podrán fabricarse, importarse, exportarse o comercializarse municiones que, por su naturaleza o características técnicas, han sido prohibidas por las convenciones, acuerdos o tratados internacionales suscritos y ratificados por la Republica Bolivariana Venezuela.

Article 146. Control of the Manufacture, Import, Export and Commerce of Ammunition

The competent body of the National Bolivarian Armed Forces for the control of arms shall constantly supervise the processes of manufacture of ammunition, certifying the level of quality of the ammunition through its Technical Department. No ammunition which is prohibited by international conventions, agreements or treaties signed and ratified by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela shall be manufactured, imported, exported or commercialised.
