Artículo 32. Restricciones, Anulación y Revocación del Permiso de Porte de Arma de Fuego

No será otorgado el permiso de porte de arma de fuego, de ningún tipo, a personas con antecedentes penales o reseña policial por conducta manifiesta y reincidente en contra de la paz y compostura ciudadana. Así mismo, el órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones podrá cuando lo juzgue conveniente, revocar o anular cualquier permiso de porte de arma de fuego, dentro de sus facultades establecidas.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 32. Restrictions, Annulation and Revocation of the Firearm Permit

No permit to carry firearms, of any type, shall be granted to people with a criminal background or a police record for overt and repeated misconduct against peace and public order. Likewise, the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the control of arms and ammunition will be able, as part of its powers and whenever it deems it convenient, to revoke or annul any firearm permit.
