Artículo 11. Traslados de Mercancía

La Autorización para Traslado de mercancía a ser expedida por órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones, deberá tramitarse con antelación, a fin de agilizar el traslado de la mercancía, desde la aduana donde arribe la mercancía hasta los depósitos autorizados por el Órgano Competente en materia de Armas y Municiones de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana. En tal sentido, el representante legal de la persona jurídica importadora, exportadora o reexportadora deberá participar al organismo competente, con quince (15) días de antelación, la fecha de llegada de la mercancía, a los fines de designar a los Profesionales Militares Orgánicos nombrados por el Órgano Competente en materia de Armas y Municiones de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana, quienes verificarán el arribo de la mercancía.

Article 11. Transfer of Goods

The Authorisation for the Transfer of Goods to be issued by the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the control of arms and ammunition will have to be applied for in advance so as to facilitate the transfer of goods, from the Customs where the goods will arrive to the storage sites authorised by the Competent Body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for Arms and Ammunition. In this sense, the legal representative of the legal person importing, exporting or re-exporting, will have to notify the competent body fifteen (15) days before the date of the arrival of the goods, so as to appoint the Organic Military Officers named by the Competent Body for the control of arms and ammunition of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, who shall verify the goods' arrival.
