20. Prohibited weapons and ammunition

Any person not exempted by section 15 who manufactures, sells, transfers, procures or has in his possession any prohibited weapon1 or ammunition without the written permission of the Governor or who fails to comply with any condition therein commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding £1,000 or to both such imprisonment and fine.
