Artículo 21. (Armería)1

I. Las armerías de uso civil deberán estar registradas ante el Ministerio de Gobierno, estableciendo requisitos de seguridad.

II. Se llevará un registro del personal que deberá cumplir con las condiciones de especialidad sobre armería.

III. Las personas titulares con permisos de portación de armas, que requieran reparar armas de fuego de uso civil, deberán hacerlo en los talleres autorizados, acompañando la respectiva licencia.

IV. La reparación de armas de fuego de uso civil sin el permiso de tenencia o portación vigente, dará lugar a la revocación de la licencia de funcionamiento del taller y el decomiso del arma de fuego, sin perjuicio de la sanción penal correspondiente.

V. La autorización para la venta de armas será regulado mediante reglamentación.

Article 21. (Armoury)1

I. The armouries that are for civilian use must be registered with the Ministry of the Interior.

II. Staff will be registered and they must comply with the special conditions regarding the armoury.

III. People that are licensed to hold firearms, and who require firearms to be repaired for civilian use, must do so in authorised workshops, holding the corresponding license.

IV. The repairing of firearms for civilian use is prohibited without having valid permission for possessing or carrying a firearm. Moreover, this will result in the revocation of the operator's licence and the confiscation of firearms, subject to the appropriate penalty.

V. The authorisation to sell weapons will be governed by regulations.
