Est puni de la peine d'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 4e classe :…

2° Toute personne qui transfère la propriété d'une arme ou d'un élément d'arme soumis à déclaration de 5e1 et 7e2 catégories sans avoir accompli les formalités de déclaration prévues à l'article 83;3

3° Tout particulier qui entre en possession d'un matériel, d'une arme ou d'un élément d'arme mentionnés aux articles 544 et 555 sans faire la déclaration prévue au même article.
