Open Carrying in New Hampshire

New Hampshire law prohibits any member of any civil group from assuming any semblance of military organization or character by bearing or possessing rifles, pistols, or military weapons of any kind.

It is otherwise lawful in New Hampshire to carry an unconcealed, loaded handgun in public without a license.
