Section 60126. Registry.

The Department shall maintain a confidential registry, open only to law enforcement officials, of all firearms registered for the life of the weapon on Guam and for two years thereafter.

However, once a firearm has been transferred and the registration cancelled in the name of the transferor, then the records of the transferor may be destroyed.
