Form of Firearm Certificate

Section 24

(1) A firearm certificate shall be in the prescribed form and shall specify the conditions (if any) subject to which it is held, the nature and number of the firearms to which it relates, including any specific identification numbers known, and, in the case of ammunition, the quantities authorised to be possessed or acquired and to be held at any one time thereunder.

(2) The provisions of sub-regulation (1) shall apply to both the grant and any renewal or renewals of a firearm certificate.
