Article L. 2337-4:

Les cessions, à quelque titre que ce soit, d'armes ou de munitions des catégories A et B1 non destinées au commerce, ne peuvent être faites qu'aux personnes munies d'une autorisation.

Les modalités de délivrance des autorisations d'achat et les indications à y porter sont définies par décret.

Article 2337-4:

Transfers for any purpose whatsoever of firearms or ammunition of categories A and B1 not intended for trade, may only be conducted by individuals holding an authorisation.

Conditions for granting these authorisations to purchase, and the indications to be given therein, will be set by decree.
