Article 26-1:
Créé par Arrêté du 20 juin 2011 - art. 1
L'autorisation de transit peut être suspendue par le Premier ministre, le cas échéant après avis de la commission interministérielle pour l'étude des exportations des matériels de guerre, dans les cas suivants:
- lorsque son maintien risque de porter atteinte aux intérêts fondamentaux de la nation, à la défense nationale, à la sécurité publique, à la sécurité extérieure de l'Etat ou aux engagements internationaux de la France;
- lorsque les conditions auxquelles est subordonnée la délivrance de l'autorisation ne sont plus réunies;
- lorsque le titulaire de l'autorisation cesse l'exercice de l'activité pour laquelle a été délivrée l'autorisation.
La suspension est notifiée au titulaire de l'autorisation de transit par le ministre chargé des douanes.

Article 26-1:
Created by the Order of June 20, 2011 - Art. 1
A transit authorisation may be suspended by the Prime Minister, if necessary after recommendation from the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Study of Exports of Weapons of War, in the following cases:
- when its continuation risks undermining fundamental interests of the nation, national defence, public safety, external security of the state or international commitments made by France;
- when conditions, under which the issuance of the authorisation is subordinated, are no longer fulfilled;
- when the holder of the authorisation no longer conducts the activity for which the authorisation was issued.
The suspension is notified to the holder of the transit authorisation by the Minister in charge of Customs.
