Article 21:

Modifié par Arrêté 1999-12-20 art. 1 I, XV JORF 26 décembre 1999

Il est prévu au ministère de la défense, pour l'application du premier alinéa de l'article 20,1 des experts dont la liste est arrêtée par ce ministère.

Pour l'examen des contestations visées au deuxième alinéa de l'article précédent, un armurier désigné par le ministre de la défense remplira les fonctions d'expert.

Experts, listed under Order by the Ministry of Defence, are available at this Ministry for application of the first paragraph of Article 20.1

Regarding the review of the disputes referred to in the second paragraph of the previous Article, a gunsmith, designated by the Minister of Defence, will act as an expert.
