N'est pas soumise aux prescriptions du présent arrêté l'exportation d'armes et de munitions par des personnes quittant le territoire national et autorisées à détenir ces mêmes armes et munitions en application des dispositions des articles 23 à 30 et 46-1 du décret No 95-589 du 6 mai 1995 relatif à l'application du décret du 18 avril 1939 fixant le régime des matériels de guerre, armes et munitions.

Article 14:

Modified by the Order of June 17, 2009 - Art. 1

The export of firearms and ammunition by individuals leaving the national territory and authorised to possess these said firearms and ammunition under provisions of Articles 23 to 30 and 46-1 of the Decree No 95-589 of May 6, 1995 on the Implementation of the Decree of April 18, 1939 on Weapons of War, Firearms and Ammunition, are not subject to provisions of this Order.
