Le ministre chargé des douanes délivre l'autorisation d'exportation, sauf si le Premier ministre, le ministre de l'économie et des finances, le ministre des affaires étrangères, le ministre de la défense ou le ministre du budget demande que le dossier soit examiné par la commission interministérielle pour l'étude des exportations de matériels de guerre. Dans ce cas, l'autorisation d'exportation est accordée par le Premier ministre et notifiée par le ministre chargé des douanes.

Article 9:

Modified by the Order 1999-12-20 Art. 1 I, III JORF of December 26, 1999

The Minister in charge of Customs issues the export authorisation, unless the Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy and Finances, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Defence, or the Minister of the Budget request that the file be reviewed by the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Study of Exports of Weapons of War. In this case, the export authorisation is granted by the Prime Minister and notified by the Minister in charge of Customs.
