Weapons of war, firearms, components of firearms, ammunition and components of ammunition, and other explosive products, confiscated or abandoned by transaction, following seizures by agents of the Directorate-General of Customs and Indirect Rights, remain at the disposal of Customs Administration, except those listed in Articles 21 and 3.2
