Sans préjudice des dispositions des articles 6,1 72 et 83 du présent arrêté, sont remis directement à l'administration des domaines les matériels de guerre, armes, éléments d'armes, autres que ceux énumérés aux articles 2,4 35 et 46 et qui ne figurent pas sur la liste prévue à l'article 27 de l'arrêté du 27 juin 2011 relatif aux spécificités justifiant la cession par le ministère de la défense des matériels de guerre, armes et munitions.

Without prejudice to provisions of Articles 6,1 72 and 83 of this Order, weapons of war, firearms, components of firearms, other than the ones listed in Articles 2,4 35 and 4,6 and which are not on the list provided for in Article 27 of the Order of June 27, 2011, on Specificities Justifying the Transfer by the Minister of Defence of Weapons of War, Firearms and Ammunition, are directly handed over to the administration of the Domains.
