Article 1

Aux fins du présent arrêté, on entend par "armurier" toute personne physique ou morale dont l'activité professionnelle consiste en tout ou partie dans la fabrication, le commerce, la réparation ou la transformation d'armes.

La destruction par les armuriers des armes des catégories A,1 B,2 C3 et 1° de la catégorie D4 définies à l'article R. 311-2 du code de la sécurité intérieure s'effectue conformément aux dispositions du présent arrêté.

Article 1

In this Order, "gunsmith" means any individual or legal entity whose professional activity consists, partially or totally, in manufacturing, trading, repairing, or transforming firearms.

Destruction by gunsmiths of firearms of categories A,1 B,2 C3 and of 1° of category D,4 as defined in Article R. 313-2 of the Internal Security Code, is carried out according to provisions of this Order.
